Summary:	The Community Center for Social Development project for victims of the internal armed conflict is developed in the city of Bucaramanga, Santander and is based on the need to address the consequences of the armed conflict and promote reconciliation and integration of the affected community. To achieve this objective, theoretical concepts such as social capital, sensory architecture, flexible architecture and development margin are used. These concepts guide the center's design proposal, which seeks to promote citizen participation, the construction of identity, the improvement of the urban environment and the development of individual skills.
