Summary:	The objective of the research is to explore the acculturation processes in the experience of sexuality in adolescents from the Wepiapaa community of Dibulla, La Guajira, in the face of the influence of other cultures.; A qualitative research of the Participatory Observation type is presented, with an ethnographic approach, given that it facilitates the understanding of cultural elements when analyzing social contexts in an indigenous population. A nonexperimental design is applied for the research, taking as a sample the young people from the Wepiapaa – Dibulla – La Guajira community, aged between 12 years and 20 years
