La metodología fue de tipo correlacional descriptivo, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental; la muestra estuvo conformada por 83 estudiantes del programa de psicología de la Institución mencionada, para la recolección de información se hizo uso del Inventario de Ansiedad: Rasgo-Estado (IDARE) el cual se encuentra validado en Latinoamérica.
