Summary: | This research talks about a study related to work stress factors in teachers and administrators of an educational institution in the municipality of Roldanillo Valle del Cauca. A battery of instruments was used to evaluate psychosocial risk. The findings reveal that both teachers and administrators are at significant risk for stress. The way people cope with stress is an important factor in how they experience it. Likewise, it highlights that there are two types of stress, one positive and the other negative. In general, the research managed to meet its objectives and concludes that stress is part of life, but when it becomes chronic it can have a negative impact on quality of life. |
