Sumario:In Santa Marta, a business model is established that seeks to satisfy consumer demands for healthy food. The idea is to establish a company that is dedicated to producing and marketing foods made from avocado. Being part of the vegan gastronomic sector, in response to the growing trend of looking for healthy options. There has been an increase in the consumption of avocado, which is why it is considered a novel concept in the preparation of these foods. The company will seek to provide high quality products and convey to consumers the importance of the nutrients and benefits that avocado can provide in search of creating a model that is practical, efficient and profitable that allows the complete conquest of consumer needs by providing healthy and delicious food alternatives with the aim of establishing itself as a leader in the market for healthy avocado-based foods in the city of Santa Marta, promoting a balanced diet, offering delicious, nutritious and high-quality dishes.
