Summary:	The internship was carried out in the Mexican Association of Women Heads of Companies, A.C. (AMMJE) Metropolitan Area Representation, promoted by the Pacific Alliance through the CEAP Student Internship Program. In the present work, the actions carried out are evidenced, which were directed to the fulfillment of the company's mission, of representing the community of businesswomen in Mexico so that they have an organization that strengthens their personal, professional, and organizational growth, through comprehensive strategies for training, linkage, innovation, and development.
