The thesis intends to create a reflective account of the experiences of the teacher, artist in training, and other participants involved in the play, including actors, actresses, and the director of the latest seasons of the performance. The ultimate goal is to generate pedagogical strategies contributing to the creation of theatrical productions focusing on sexual and gender diversity. Consequently, this contributes to the visibility and advocacy for LGBTQ+ individuals within Antonio Nariño University and society.

El presente trabajo de grado busca recolectar el proceso vivido en la participación como actor de la puesta en escena Un beso de Dick, obra del teatro colombiano basada en el libro del escritor bogotano Fernando Molano. Dicha obra cuenta con un enfoque en el respeto por la diversidad sexual y de género. Este trabajo de grado tiene como fin crear una memoria reflexiva de la experiencia vivida por el maestro artista en formación participante de la obra, algunos actores, actrices y el director que componen las últimas temporadas del montaje, con el objetivo de generar estrategias pedagógicas que contribuyan a la creación de puestas en escena con enfoque en diversidad sexual y de género, y por ende, contribuir a la visibilización y reivindicación de los sujetos LGBTIQ+ dentro de la Universidad Antonio Nariño y en la sociedad.
