La empresa Quintero Hermanos SAS posee un valioso aplicativo web de consulta de información de comercio exterior. A pesar de que este aplicativo registra las actividades de los usuarios en un log, los datos contenidos en él no se utilizan eficazmente para comprender el uso de la aplicación por parte de los clientes. Por otra parte, el área comercial carece de acceso a esta información, lo que limita su capacidad para brindar un asesoramiento efectivo a los clientes. El problema planteado se centra en cómo aprovechar los registros históricos generados por el uso del aplicativo web para mejorar el asesoramiento del área comercial a los clientes que realizan investigaciones de mercado. El objetivo general de este proyecto es desarrollar un Dashboard que visualice indicadores sobre el uso del aplicativo web SICEX, brindando información detallada al equipo comercial para optimizar sus estrategias.
