fruits, in this case the project will be focused on a fruit, the lulo; this fruit is chosen because it is
desired for its acidity and has great acceptance among consumers, especially in foreign
consumers as it is classified as an exotic fruit, it is also accepted for the benefits it brings to
health. This fruit, being so juicy, has a short shelf life that can affect its export, that is why the
project looks for through freeze-drying to extend its conservation in order to be distributed to the
market of Shanghai, China.
This is why the development of this project seeks to analyze how viable it is to export
lulo as freeze-dried fruit to a market like Shanghai, taking into account that to make this possible
it is required the constitution of a company that will be able to export the fruit to Shanghai,
China.
This is why, through the development of this project, we seek to analyze how viable it is
to export lulo as a freeze-dried fruit to a market such as Shanghai, taking into account that to make this possible requires the establishment of a company that promotes national employment
through the transformation of the product and in turn opens new international markets. |

Esta investigación, cuyo objetivo es conocer la viabilidad de exportación del lulo liofilizado hacia Shanghái China, se analiza mediante un proceso a través de la creación de una empresa llamada FILU S.A.S., dedicada a ejecutar el desarrollo del lulo liofilizado y a su vez, encargada de gestionar el proceso de exportación. Este proyecto nace a partir de la necesidad del consumidor al querer adicionar a su alimentación un producto sano y que asimismo pueda ser un sustituto perfecto de productos que no son amigables con la salud. La liofilización la podemos encontrar en varias presentaciones y con varios productos distintos a las frutas, en este caso el proyecto va a estar enfocado a una fruta, el lulo; se escoge esta fruta, ya que es apetecida por su acidez y tiene gran aceptación en los consumidores, especialmente en los consumidores extranjeros ya que se encuentra catalogada como fruta exótica, así mismo es aceptada por los beneficios que aporta a la salud. Esta fruta al ser tan jugosa tiene una vida útil corta que puede llegar a afectar su exportación, es por eso por lo que el proyecto busca a través de la liofilización extender su conservación para poder ser distribuida al mercado de Shanghái, China.
