El estudio se centró en analizar los cambios en la dinámica fluvial del río Guayuriba y su llanura de inundación entre 2017 y 2023. Se emplearon imágenes satelitales Landsat 8 y 9, y se aplicaron índices espectrales como el NDWI y BSI para evaluar el agua y el suelo expuesto. Se llevaron a cabo correcciones radiométricas y geométricas para mejorar la calidad de las imágenes.
