El presente trabajo de grado enseña la evaluación hidráulica del sistema de captación y pretratamiento de la planta de tratamiento de agua potable ACUALCOS E.S.P, ubicado en la localidad de Chapinero, en la ciudad de Bogotá Cundinamarca. Inicialmente se realizan visitas a las diferentes bocatomas que alimentan la planta, realizando la recopilación de datos como las medidas de las estructuras existentes, el estado en que se encuentran y la capacidad que tienen para la captación del caudal que se requiere para abastecer la población, analizando también la caja de captación de una de estas y el desarenador por donde pasa el flujo.
