Consequently, the Decree 1072 of 2015, contemplates the obligations of the employer or contractor regarding the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system (SG-SST) and in accordance with the decree in question, resolution 0312 of 2019, in which the minimum OSH requirements that are a duty were established comply with the companies, being in accordance with the economic classification and the amount of workers.

El estado colombiano al ser miembro de la OIT ha ratificado varios tratados relacionados con la seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SST), que hoy hacen parte del bloque de constitucionalidad y con lo cual se ha expedido la normatividad que deben cumplir las empresas de los diferentes sectores económicos. En consecuencia, el Decreto 1072 de 2015, contempla las obligaciones del empleador o contratista frente a la implementación del sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) y concordante a al decreto en mención, se expidió la resolución 0312 de 2019, en la que se establecieron los requisitos mínimos en SST que es deber cumplir las empresas, siendo acorde a la clasificación económica y la cantidad de trabajadores.
