In the construction and development activities, environmental alterations have been observed due to changes or modifications. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a proper analysis and evaluation of the impacts associated with their projects as part of the company's operational management. Based on this, there is a need to develop a manual that contributes to strengthening sustainable practices and ensuring compliance with environmental standards, which is the purpose of this project. To achieve this, a qualitative methodology has been selected, consisting of three phases: diagnosis, manual design, and formulation of recommendations. The document also provides an overview of the results obtained through the evolution of manual formulation. An analysis of the results is conducted, followed by a detailed evaluation of its applicability and effectiveness in assessing the impacts before, during, and after construction works, contributing to the continuous improvement of the environmental needs identified by the company. |

Ingtec es una constructora ubicada en el municipio de Duitama; brinda sus servicios a entidades públicas, enfocándose en la construcción, como puentes, vías, escenarios deportivos, cubiertas, rehabilitación de acueductos y alcantarillados y otros proyectos relacionados. En la actividad de construcción y desarrollo de las obras, se han evidenciado cambios o modificaciones que generan alteraciones medioambientales. Por esto, dentro de la gestión operativa de la empresa es necesario llevar a cabo el análisis y evaluación adecuada de los impactos asociados a sus proyectos. Con base en lo anterior, se genera la necesidad de elaborar un manual que contribuya a fortalecer las prácticas sostenibles, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares ambientales el cual es el objeto del presente proyecto. Para ello, se ha seleccionado una metodología de tipo cualitativo mediante tres fases que permitan formular el manual. Estas fases incluyen el diagnóstico, diseño del manual y la elaboración de recomendaciones. Así mismo, el documento ofrece una visión de los resultados adquiridos a través de la evolución de formulación del manual. Realizando un análisis de los resultados obtenidos, y finalmente se proporciona una evaluación detallada de su aplicabilidad y efectividad para evaluar los impactos antes, durante y después de las obras de construcción contribuyendo a la mejora constante de las necesidades ambientales identificadas por la de la empresa.
