description	This project is carried out from the follow-up of the Integral Solid Waste Management Plan (PGIRS) of Triturados Paz de Río S.A. S; through information presented in reports of environmental documents and accompaniment of activities focused on the subject to process them in checklists in order to determine the nature of the same if it is a PGIRS according to Resolution 754 of 2014 or PGIRESPEL based on Decree 4741 of 2005, on the other hand, through a verification matrix of compliances the Program of Integral Management of Hazardous Waste is identified, Finally, the Waste Management Plan has the structure of a PGIRESPEL but is implemented as a PGIRS (i.e. the two types of plans are linked). Additionally, with respect to the waste management programs, it is concluded that in terms of quality, place, time and social group indicators, the results are satisfactory to date; however, the same is not true for the quantity indicators because the minimization of hazardous and solid waste generation does not decrease, but rather increases due to the arrival of waste from other sites and an increase in personnel.

Este proyecto se realiza desde el seguimiento del Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos (PGIRS) de Triturados Paz de Río S.A.S; mediante información presentada en informes de documentos ambientales y acompañamiento de actividades enfocadas al tema para procesarlos en listas de chequeo con el fin de determinar la naturaleza del mismo si es un PGIRS según la Resolución 754 de 2014 o PGIRESPEL basado en el Decreto 4741 de 2005, por otra parte, mediante una matriz de verificación de cumplimientos se identifica el Programa de Gestión Integral de Residuos Peligrosos, Programa de Gestión Integral de Residuos de Origen Común y Programa de Aprovechamiento y Valorización de materiales a través de la fundación TPR en el tiempo establecido a una proyección de doce años, por último se obtiene que el Plan de Gestión de Residuos tiene la estructura de un PGIRESPEL pero está implementado como PGIRS (es decir que los dos tipos de planes están unidos). Adicionalmente, respecto a los programas de gestión de residuos se concluye que en indicadores de calidad, lugar, tiempo y grupo social los resultados son satisfactorios hasta la fecha; sin embargo, en los indicadores de cantidad no sucede lo mismo porque la minimización en la generación de residuos peligrosos y sólidos no disminuye, sino que aumenta debido a factores de llegada de residuos de otras sedes y aumento de personal.
