The main objective of this initiative was to optimize the development and management of projects, ensuring their quality and compliance. To achieve this purpose, methodologies were implemented that included detailed analysis, constant supervision, and close collaboration with municipal staff and contractors. The results achieved reflect significant progress in project execution; furthermore, active collaboration with interested communities within the municipality allows for greater community participation in the process. Key conclusions highlight the importance of collaborative work among the municipality of Gámeza, contractors, and municipal administration, emphasizing the sustainable development of the most affected communities, as well as the relevance of continuous supervision and adaptability in infrastructure project management. This approach not only benefits the municipality of Gámeza in terms of improved infrastructure but also lays the groundwork for promoting more equitable and sustainable municipal development.

En el marco del proyecto de grado y articulo de divulgación, mientras se realiza la pasantía como opción de grado en Ingeniería civil, se participa activamente en una práctica laboral en el municipio de Gámeza, brindando apoyo y seguimiento a las obras de infraestructura municipales. El objetivo principal de esta iniciativa fue optimizar el desarrollo y la gestión de obras, verificando la calidad y cumplimiento de las mismas. Para lograr el propósito, implementan metodologías donde que incluyen análisis detallados, supervisión constante y colaboración estrecha con el personal municipal y contratistas. Los resultados que alcanzaran reflejan importantes avances en la ejecución de obras, además, la colaboración activa con las comunidades interesadas dentro del municipio permite una mayor participación comunitaria en el proceso. Como principales conclusiones, se destacan la importancia del trabajo colaborativo entre el municipio de Gámeza, los contratistas y la administración municipal donde se destaca el desarrollo sostenible de las comunidades más afectadas, así como la relevancia de la supervisión continua y la adaptabilidad en la gestión de proyectos de infraestructura. Este enfoque no solo beneficia al municipio de Gámeza en términos de infraestructura mejorada, sino que también sienta las bases para promover el desarrollo municipal más equitativo y sostenible.
