Con la realización de la pasantía en la empresa Incordis S.A.S, en el Municipio de Duitama - Boyacá, se buscó reforzar e implementar los conocimientos que fueron adquiridos a lo largo del estudio dentro de la carrera profesional, partiendo de situaciones reales como trabajo bajo presión, manejo de carga laboral y resolución de conflictos, buscando un el desarrollo de capacidades y competencias de alto nivel en el ejercicio de la ingeniería civil, con el fin de obtener resultados positivos que permitieron beneficiar las población con las que se interactuó por medio de la honestidad y de un buen desarrollo de la ética profesional. Así mismo, la intervención del estudiante pasante en una empresa como Incordis S.A.S permitió que adquiriera experiencia laboral inicial, respecto a la elaboración de presupuestos, diseño de obra, informes de ejecución de actividades y todas las asignadas por parte del supervisor, las cuales fueron estructuradas dentro de este artículo divulgativo, para dar a conocer la formación profesional y su acertado desempeño en futuros trabajos, en los cuales se debe demostrar sus conocimientos, destrezas, habilidades y valores humanos para realizar correctamente la labor y poder dar una garantía de calidad, y eficacia en todos los procesos que haga parte.
