These activities are carried out based on the stipulations of the manuals, guides and regulations in force regulated by the National Roads Institute or the entity. In order to comply with the works and activities assigned by the entity's supervisor, spreadsheets, technical visits, visual inspections, requests and reports were made, which supported the feasibility of the interventions. In relation to the results obtained in the course of the internship, pathologies with high severity are recognized, which need to be prioritized to avoid the increase of their deterioration, the construction of budgets, analysis of benefits and feasibility are supported to define the feasibility of the interventions under the modality of concerted work. Thanks to the continuous supervision and control, during the execution of the road section of the Juan Grande Neighborhood, it reached an advance of approximately 85%, that is to say, once the internship was completed, the road section is at the granular base level. In conclusion, the development of the internship allowed the works to have a continuous performance, which optimizes the time and scope of the interventions planned by the infrastructure unit. |

El desarrollo del proyecto de grado se realizó bajo la modalidad de pasantía en la dependencia de infraestructura del Municipio de Duitama, por medio del cual se apoyó en la realización de actividades de carácter administrativo y técnico, dentro de las cuales encontramos la supervisión de obra, informes de pre factibilidad, realización de memorias y sabanas de cantidades. Las mismas son realizadas basándose en lo estipulado en manuales, guías y normativas vigentes reguladas por el instituto nacional de vías o la entidad. Para dar cumplimiento a las obras y actividades asignadas por el supervisor de la entidad, se realizaron hojas de cálculo, visitas técnicas, inspecciones visuales, solicitudes e informes, las cuales fundamentaban la viabilidad de las intervenciones. En relación con los resultados obtenidos en el transcurso de la pasantía, se logran reconocer patologías con alta severidad, las cuales requieren ser priorizadas para evitar el aumento de su deterioro, se logra apoyado la construcción de presupuestos, análisis de beneficios y factibilidad para definir la viabilidad de las intervenciones bajo la modalidad de obra concertada. Gracias al acompañamiento continuo en la supervisión y control, durante la ejecución del tramo vial del Barrio Juan Grande alcanzo un avance del 85% aproximadamente, es decir, finalizada la pasantía, el tramo vial queda a nivel de base granular. En conclusión, el desarrollo de la pasantía permitió que las obras tuvieran un rendimiento continuo, lo que optimiza los tiempos y alcances de las intervenciones proyectadas por la dependencia de infraestructura.
