We have conducted this research on the benefits of accounting systems in small
businesses in the city of Santa Marta, with the purpose of analyzing the importance of the
benefits of accounting systems in this group of companies, since we have noticed that not all
companies belonging to this group handle an accounting system.
These accounting systems are fundamental because they focus on the skills that all small
businesses in the city of Santa Marta that have such a system could have. Since this helps the
success of a company due to the management of its operational resources.
This document aims to identify the benefits of accounting systems in small businesses in
the city of Santa Marta by analyzing the planning and budgeting of accounting systems in order
