The monograph is developed under the format of a descriptive study with a mixed
approach (quantitative-qualitative) whose information was obtained through primary and
secondary sources. The project was structured through three central objectives that guided
the research, on the one hand, the storage structure for the export process, on the other hand,
the packing and packaging model for the export of yellow pitahaya and finally the factors
required to initiate an export process. Likewise, the study was developed under an approach
of international economics and international trade where the main objective was to contribute
to the development of the department of Huila through the fruit sector and the consequent
increase in exports. |

La presente monografía tuvo como fin diseñar una Propuesta de guía de los elementos logísticos relevantes para el proceso de exportación de pitahaya amarilla desde el municipio de La Plata (Huila) al mercado internacional con el objetivo de cumplir el propósito planteado por los productores del municipio según su visión de negocio. La monografía se desarrolla bajo el formato de un estudio descriptivo con enfoque mixto (cuanticualitativo) cuya información se obtuvo mediante fuentes primarias y secundarias. El proyecto se estructuró a través de tres objetivos centrales que guiaron la investigación, por un lado, la estructura de almacenamiento para el proceso de exportación, por otro lado, el modelo de embalaje y empaque para la exportación de pitahaya amarilla y finalmente los factores requeridos para iniciar un proceso de exportación. De igual forma el estudio se desarrolló bajo un enfoque de la economía internacional y el comercio internacional donde el principal objetivo fue contribuir al desarrollo del departamento Huila por medio del sector frutícola y el consecuente incremento de las exportaciones.
