All this problem leads us to propose an analysis and diagnosis. at the departmental, municipal level, locating ourselves in the rural north of the municipality of San Vicente del Caguán, conducting a survey of the reserves and tourist sites, identifying the activities and services, the shortcomings and strengths generated, to the point of generating an intervention proposal in one of the most vulnerable sites but with great tourist potential El Caquetá es sin duda uno de los muchos destinos por descubrir, que por años se ha mantenido oculto tras la sombra del conflicto armado en Colombia y en el departamento que por años se ha restringido el paso a muchas reservas e incluso parques nacionales naturales, luego de esto se ha vivido la tala y quema de bosques para la ganadería extensiva y se ha permitido el ingreso de turistas a algunas reservas lo que esta generando contaminación a las quebradas, ríos y bosques, toda esta problemática nos lleva a plantear un análisis y diagnostico a nivel departamental, municipal localizándonos en la zona norte rural del municipio de San Vicente del Caguán realizando un reconocimiento de las reservas y sitios turísticos identificando las actividades y servicios, las falencias y fortalezas generando, al punto de generar una propuesta de intervención en una de los sitios mas vulnerables pero con un gran potencial turístico. El mirador hará parte de una de las fases de la unidad de protección activa dispuesta por el PBOT de san Vicente del Caguán, este contará con unas estrategias ambientales y activades de esparcimiento y recreación para la comunidad y los turistas. La propuesta arquitectónica contara con actividades como senderismos, parapente, zonas recreativas, camping, picnic, avistamiento de aves, miradores, zonas comerciales, restaurante y glamping; la poca intervención con la que cuenta el parque mirador se va a implementar con materiales de la zona, de bajo impacto y autosostenibles como lo son la madera, el bambú, el bahareque y otros. Este complejo recreacional tiene una vista excepcional donde se puede observar la llanura, bosques y montañas desde la distancia, mesclada con el viento y la sinuosidad del paisaje hará de san Vicente y el departamento del Caquetá una gran potencia turística.
