En la actualidad la empresa no cuenta con un módulo “consola” de aprendizaje nivel básico, medio y avanzado para ingenieros en la asignatura de programación lógica programable “PLC”. Durante el tiempo de labor se ha evidenciado que las capacitaciones y los proyectos son ejecutados por el gerente de proyectos haciendo que sus labores y su alcance dentro de la empresa se retrasen y no contemos con una mayor cobertura en los proyectos de la empresa. Con el diseño de este módulo se pretende que la empresa haga la inversión para la construcción del módulo y el departamento de ingeniería este en la capacidad de hacer automatización de los procesos de nuestros clientes. En la actualidad se cuenta con 5 ingenieros de proyectos y 20 técnicos electricistas. Con esta capacidad de personal actualmente se están instalado un promedio de 10 equipos por mes.
