Taking into account the recognition of the territory, important aspects were detected to evidence the current state of the sector; the conditions of the environment and the relationship with the community were analyzed, which shows urban deficiencies from the model of organic occupation or from informality, the facts of violence (Figueroa, 2021), the consumption of substances, micro-trafficking and lack of opportunities, are factors that establish a high pattern in terms of social vulnerability.

Dentro del componente de diseño y estructuración urbana, se busca dar respuesta a las problemáticas sociales que se presentan en el barrio Territorio de Paz, ubicado en la comuna 7 en el municipio de Ibagué, departamento del Tolima. Teniendo en cuenta el reconocimiento del territorio, se detectaron importantes aspectos para evidenciar el estado actual del sector; se analizó las condiciones del entorno y la relación con la comunidad, la cual muestra deficiencias urbanas a partir del modelo deocupación orgánica o desde la informalidad, los hechos de violencia (Figueroa, 2021), el consumo de sustancias, el microtráfico y falta de oportunidades, son factores que establecen un patrón elevado en materia de vulnerabilidad social.
