El síndrome de burnout es un fenómeno que afecta el bienestar físico y mental de los trabajadores de la salud (Leiter, 2022). Se realizó una investigación de alcance descriptivo tipo mixto para identificar y analizar los niveles de Burnout y sus principales áreas de afectación en los auxiliares de enfermería de la Unidad Intermedia de Salud de Ibagué U.S.I-E.S.E.
