The specific objectives are to prepare a market study of manufacturing costs for the 3 lines of cheese that you want to implement in the company YOMEK; Identify the market segment, verifying the presentations that will have greater accessibility for the sale of the new product; carry out the respective surveys in San José del Guaviare and Acacías Meta, to the population of all strata; Create a cost model to evaluate the effectiveness of the production of the three lines of fruit cheeses; In addition, the tentative question to carry out the project initiative is, will it be feasible to make an investment for the production, commercialization and distribution of fruit cheeses inside and outside of San José del Guaviare? On the other hand, the methodological design will be the stratified probabilistic sampling and the instrument to be measured will be the surveys directed to (80) eighty people who reside in San José del Guaviare and Acacías Meta. Above all, the ideal is to obtain pertinent and truthful answers to classify, tabulate and graph the data, establishing the suggested conclusions and recommendations that the object of study shows. La problemática expuesta tiene un orden secuencial, conciso y coherente de lo que en realidad pretende este trabajo de grado; entonces hay un objetivo general los cuales analizaremos un plan de negocios para la producción, comercialización y distribución de quesos frutales mediante un estudio de viabilidad financiera que permita generar rentabilidad y reducción de costos en la empresa YOMEK ubicada en San José del Guaviare. Identificar el segmento de mercado, verificando las presentaciones que tendrán mayor accesibilidad para la venta del producto nuevo; realizar las respectivas encuestas en San José del Guaviare y en Acacías Meta, a población de todos los estratos; Crear un modelo de costos para evaluar la efectividad de la producción de las tres líneas de quesos frutales; además la pregunta tentativa para llevar a cabo la iniciativa del proyecto es, ¿Sera viable realizar una inversión para la producción, comercialización y distribución de quesos frutales dentro y fuera de San José del Guaviare? Por otra parte, el diseño metodológico será el muestreo probabilístico estratificado y el instrumento a medir será las encuestas dirigidas a (80) ochenta personas que residan en San José del Guaviare y Acacías Meta. Ante todo, lo ideal es obtener respuestas pertinentes y veraces para clasificar, tabular y graficar los datos, estableciendo las conclusiones y recomendaciones sugeridas que evidencia el objeto de estudio.
