The specific objectives were focused on exploring generational patterns recognized in the paternity model of the participants; to describe social and cultural aspects that contribute to the construction of the meaning of being a father and finally to identify the perception of the fathers regarding gender equity in the custody proceedings and what is set forth in the current regulations on family law. |
