La presente pasantía tiene como objeto, elaborar el manual de funciones y procedimientos para mejorar el desempeño y comprensión del proceso de analistas de importación en la Agencia de Aduanas Mag Customs Nivel 2 debido a que no existen un precedente o documento que cumpla con estas características. Dejando en evidencia el bajó rendimiento del personal, los múltiples contratiempos y sobre costos en los procesos aduaneros; es allí donde se pretende aportar un mecanismo de consulta como investigación y formación para el desarrollo competitivo del profesional al interior de la compañía.
