El fraude en la actualidad afecta negativamente a las compañías aseguradoras de salud, por tal motivo se debe realizar una temprana detección por parte de los auditores, y con base a los hallazgos tomar decisiones que mejoren la detección de casos fraudulentos. Pero esta actividad cada día genera mayores retos en el área auditora ya que cada vez son más los casos de fraude que se deben revisar los cuales pueden ser desde Facturación y codificación fraudulenta, Falsificación de documentos, la presentación de reclamaciones fraudulentas y uso indebido de la identidad del paciente. Este proyecto permite proporcionar una herramienta automatizada para detectar y prevenir fraudes en los servicios de salud.
