Este proyecto de software surge a partir de la problemática que enfrenta una empresa de tecnología, que debido a su crecimiento exponencial se observa la necesidad de implementar un sistema propio para la administración, gestión de información y verificación de servicios de dispositivos de hardware IoT, que actualmente sostienen la operación en cada uno de sus clientes. Teniendo como objetivos suplantar procesos manuales y obtener eficiencia en tiempos de respuesta de agentes de soporte y proporcionalmente cumplir los acuerdos de nivel de servicio pactados durante la gestión comercial.
