El presente trabajo de grado está enfocado en el desarrollo sistema arquitectónico de vivienda modular sostenible para el barrio Berlín de la ciudad de Bogotá. Este sistema busca incorporar los conceptos de vivienda progresiva y construcción sostenible. El barrio Berlín está localizado en la UPZ 71 sector Tibabuyes en la localidad de Suba de Bogotá. se localiza en el costado noroccidental de la ciudad, la cual, de acuerdo con el artículo 71 del Decreto Distrital 190 de 2004 (Compilación del POT), tiene como directrices generales mejorar la actual infraestructura y consolidar el desarrollo de los servicios necesarios para integrar a la ciudad con el occidente de la región, promover la integración urbana con énfasis en espacio público, vinculada a la recuperación de los humedales Juan Amarillo y Jaboque, de igualmanera, hace parte del área de influencia de la Operación Estratégica - Centralidad de Suba.
