El propósito del presente trabajo de grado, consiste en el mejoramiento del espacio público del eje de la segunda avenida más importante en el municipio de Soacha, la avenida terreros, actualmente con carencia en el espacio púbico, el eje remata en la laguna Terreros la cual conforma parte de la estructura ecológica principal del municipio, sin embargo, carece de elementos urbanos que controlen las afectaciones de las urbanizaciones.
