El presente artículo presenta el informe de las actividades realizadas como pasante en la oficina de Planeación e Infraestructura del Municipio de Belén, Boyacá, en la supervisión técnica de proyectos de construcción y obras civiles. Para este fin, se usó la metodología investigativa con enfoque cualitativo, teniendo en cuenta que se describirán las actividades de acompañamiento a la ejecución de proyectos civiles, como la supervisión a la ejecución de actividades bajo el cumplimiento de normas técnicas y legales que garanticen la calidad los proyectos, verificar el estado de la maquinaria amarilla disponible para el municipio, realizar presupuestos, cantidades de obra y Análisis de Precios Unitarios (APU) para la consolidación de contratos, elaborar informes de visitas realizadas y avances de obra y formulación de proyectos de infraestructura que beneficien a los habitantes . Con esta pasantía se pretende reforzar y poner en práctica en el municipio los conocimientos adquiridos en la academia, a partir de situaciones reales de trabajo, en el cual se pretende demostrar destrezas, habilidades y valores humanos para realizar correctamente su labor y garantizar la calidad, eficiencia y eficacia de los procesos que haga parte. Así mismo, la intervención del estudiante pasante en una entidad pública, le permite adquirir su experiencia laboral inicial, que será el pilar para su trayectoria profesional y su acertado desempeño en futuros trabajos.
