reviewing the shortcomings within the organizational structure that, in addition, affected the
normal development of the processes and prevented it from approaching the fulfillment of its
mission and vision; likewise, the opportunities and advantages of the organization to improve
the provision of its service through the formalization of its organizational structure. Then,
through the methodology proposed by Baca Urbina, was proposed a process organization
chart model, which considers the strategic objectives of the company and the need for human
resources within the processes that are carried out. Finally, some recommendations were
established for the establishment of the organizational chart within the organization and its
formalization. From all of the above and fulfilling the main objective of this project, it was
possible to generate the organizational structure proposal for the company according to its
needs and characteristics, in addition to the approach of the value proposal, so that the
strategies are directed towards the fulfillment of the mission and vision. |

El presente proyecto de grado recopila el proceso de diagnóstico de la estructura organizacional de la empresa AgroFertil Granada S.A.S. Zomac, ubicada en el departamento del Meta y reconocida por su trayectoria como distribuidora y comercializadora de insumos agroindustriales para los cultivos de la región. Inicialmente, se desarrolló el análisis por medio de una matriz DOFA, que permitió revisar las falencias al interior de la estructura organizacional que, además, afectaban el desarrollo normal de los procesos y le impedían acercase al cumplimiento de su misión y visión; asimismo, las oportunidades y ventajas de la organización para mejorar la prestación de su servicio por medio de la formalización de su estructura organizacional. Seguidamente, por medio de la metodología propuesta por Baca Urbina, se planteó un modelo de organigrama por procesos, el cual tiene en cuenta los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa y la necesidad de recurso humano dentro de los procesos que se llevan a cabo. Finalmente, se establecieron algunas recomendaciones para el establecimiento del organigrama al interior de la organización y la formalización de este. De todo lo anterior y dando cumplimiento al objetivo principal de este proyecto, fue posible la generación de la propuesta de estructura organizacional para la empresa acorde a sus necesidades y características, además del planteamiento de la propuesta de valor, con el fin de que las estrategias estén dirigidas hacia el cumplimiento de la misión y la visión.
