the municipality has increased, it is evident the lack of supply in businesses to cover the
insufficiencies of the thousands of families that now live in this area. In the sector in which
the feasibility study is focused, a market study was carried out to identify the demand in
the sector, the technical part is established and an economic study is carried out |

La necesidad de las familias del sector de Hogares Soacha de tener un camino más cerca para salir al centro de Soacha y la autopista, motivo a sus habitantes, para la construcción de un puente en beneficio de esta comunidad, el cual aumento el tránsito de personas en el sector de Portalegre. Con la oferta de vivienda que tiene el municipio de Soacha, se ha elevado la población del municipio, es evidente la falta de oferta en negocios para cubrir las insuficiencias de los miles de familias que ahora viven en esta zona. En el sector en el cual está enfocado el estudio de factibilidad, se realizó un estudio de mercado, para identificar la demanda en el sector, se establece la parte técnica y realiza un estudio económico.
