operation, and in the financial component, the main financial statements were presented, such
as income statement, statement of financial position, cash flow that they reflect the entity's
cost structure, projection of sales, income and expenses. Finally, a financial analysis is carried
out by means of financial indicators such as the net present value, the internal rate of return,
the cost-benefit ratio and the capital recovery time; whose results allowed to determine the
financial viability of the project, yielding favorable results in financial terms for its
implementation, in the municipality of Corozal-Sucre |

Finally, a financial analysis is carried out by means of financial indicators such as the net present value, the internal rate of return, the cost-benefit ratio and the capital recovery time; whose results allowed to determine the financial viability of the project, yielding favorable results in financial terms for its implementation, in the municipality of Corozal-Sucre En el presente documento se realizó un estudio de factibilidad para determinar la viabilidad de la creación de un gimnasio en el barrio los Alpes municipio de Corozal, Departamento de Sucre, para lo cual se elaboró un análisis de mercado que determine el nivel de aceptación del proyecto, las características de la demanda, y la manera cómo se comercializa el negocio, asimismo, se realizó un análisis técnico que comprende los aspectos físicos, administrativos y operativo de la creación del gimnasio. Por otro lado, el ámbito organizacional permite establecer una estructura administrativa respecto al organigrama que requiere el proyecto para su funcionamiento, y en el componente financiero, se presentaron los principales estados financieros, como estado de resultados, estado de situación financiera, flujo de caja que reflejan la estructura de costos, proyección en ventas, ingresos y gastos de la entidad. Finalmente se realiza un análisis financiero por medios de indicadores financieros como el valor actual neto, la tasa interna de retorno, la relación costos-beneficios y el tiempo de recuperación de capital; cuyos resultados permitieron determinar la viabilidad financiera del proyecto, arrojando resultados favorables en términos financieros para su implementación, en el municipio de Corozal-Sucre.
