Over time, the exercise of accounting has evolved as the new ways of relating to the economy,
the development of new regulatory frameworks, seeking to standardize a single language in
accounting matters, new forms of control of the Tax Administration and the application of
different platforms and software from different national, territorial and local entities.
The purpose of this work is to analyze and strengthen the accounting, financial and
organizational area of the company Armony Clean Company S.A.S BIC, which has as its
corporate purpose the provision of commercial, industrial, office cleaning services, tank
maintenance services and locative maintenance, commonly known as toderos. This
strengthening will make it possible to apply the various knowledge acquired in the career,
keeping an organizational control of each process that intervenes at the time of providing the
service, suggesting improvements in the different processes and procedures in the accounting
and administrative area, in order that the information financial information is timely and
complies with the principles contained in the conceptual framework of the IFRS, to
strengthen decision-making in the organization |

Dando lugar a encontrar una manera de llevar un registro de cada una de ellas, quedan evidencias de diferentes acciones registradas por sujetos las cuales reflejaban movimientos en sus registros adquiriendo bienes o intercambiando los mismos. Se dice que la contabilidad nace en la primera civilización del mundo. Al pasar el tiempo, el ejercicio de la contabilidad ha ido evolucionado como las nuevas formas de relación de la economía, el desarrollo de los nuevos marcos normativos, buscando estandarizar un solo lenguaje en materia contable, nuevas formas de control de la Administración de Impuestos y la aplicación de diferentes plataformas y software de diferentes entidades nacionales, territoriales y locales. Este trabajo tiene como fin hacer un análisis y fortalecimiento al área contable, financiera y organizacional de la empresa Armony Clean Company S.A.S BIC, la cual tiene como objeto social la prestación de servicios de limpieza comercial, industrial, de oficinas, servicios de mantenimientos de tanques y mantenimientos locativos, comúnmente conocidos como toderos. Este fortalecimiento permitirá aplicar los diversos conocimientos adquiridos en la carrera, llevando un control organizacional de cada proceso que interviene al momento de prestar el servicio, sugiriendo mejoras en los diferentes procesos y procedimientos en el área contable y administrativa, con el fin de que la información financiera sea oportuna y cumpla con los principios contenidos en el marco conceptual de la NIIF, para fortalecer la toma de decisiones en la organización.
