impossibility of cancelling outstanding financial obligations to both suppliers and the
state, and the forced administrative intervention of assets, assets and businesses through
the liquidator Felipe Negret Mosquera, and finally investigated the mechanisms used
by the state against the precautionary measure in the intervention of the liquidation,
according to the provisions of article 5 of decree 1424 of 2019 |

Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se identificó las tres causas de la liquidación: la crítica situación financiera, la desprotección de los afiliados y la falta de garantía en la prestación de servicios de salud; además de resaltar los efectos en las partes interesadas de la EPS: la cancelación masiva de contratos laborales, la imposibilidad de cancelar obligaciones financieras pendientes tanto a proveedores como al Estado, y la intervención forzosa administrativa de bienes, haberes y negocios por medio del liquidador Felipe Negret Mosquera, y por último se investigó los mecanismos utilizados por el Estado frente a la medida cautelar en la intervención de la liquidación, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el artículo 5 del Decreto 1424 de 2019.
