En los últimos años de la pandemia, la creación de contratos en la empresa F1 Top Point se convirtió en una tarea dispendiosa, debido al significativo aumento en el número de documentos a elaborar lo que dificultó la labor del funcionario administrativo del área de contratación. Mediante la implementación de la aplicación móvil para la gestión de contratos y firmas electrónicas, la cual permite firmar los contratos de manera eficiente y sin ningún contratiempo, asociado a la labor de generación y firmado de documentos físicos, la empresa puede optimizar los procesos administrativos de forma significativa y agilizar la labor del área de contratación.
