To carry out this study, various sources of information that compile information on
urban mobility in relation to the imposition of subpoenas, infractions and fines
that allow interpreting the regional and national context were analyzed.
As a result of the information analysis, differences were found in the figures
published by the public authorities, regarding the count of fines and infractions
imposed for the period 2015 to 2021, which leads to conclusions about the
imprecision in the data and how it can affect decisions and investigations carried
out based on these sources of information. |

Este proyecto de grado realizado en la UNIVERSIDAD ANTONIO NARIÑO (UAN) propone un estudio comparativo de los sistemas integrados de información de multas y sanciones por infracciones de tránsito en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C, problemática que se vive a diario, a causa de lo comparendos y multas impuestos a la ciudadanía, las cuales son impuestas por diferentes causas como: conducir en estado de embriaguez, exceso de velocidad o violar las normas de tránsito. Para llevar a cabo el presente estudio se analizaron varias fuentes de información que recopilan la Información sobre movilidad urbana en relación a la imposición de comparendos, infracciones y multas que permitan interpretar el contexto regional y nacional. Como producto del análisis de información se encontraron diferencias en las cifras publicadas por las entidades públicas, en lo referente al recuento de multas e infracciones impuestas para el periodo 2015 al 2021, lo que induce a conclusiones sobre la imprecisión en los datos y como puede afectar decisiones e investigaciones realizadas teniendo como fuente estas fuentes de información.
