Materials and metho ds: Experimental, an in vitro study of core patterns of three brands most used in the clinical field at national level will be carried out and compared according to the variables of conservation, time and the material of manufacture, the sample is constitu ted by 18 samples of in vitro core pattern that will be elaborated on natural teeth (Premolars).Results: There are no statistically significant differences between the type of resin and the time, the type of conservation and the topography of the tooth. Co nclusions: dimensional changes do not occur in the operative process of the resins; they can occur in the origin laboratory. |

Objetivo: Evaluar los cambios mediante las variables de conservación, tiempo y el material de elaboración de los patrones de núcleo fabricados en Pattern resin, Resin 74 y Duralay en húmedo y seco Materiales y métodos: Experimental, se realizará un estudio in vitro de patrones de . núcleo de tres marcas más utilizadas en el ámbito clínico a nivel nacional y compararlas según las variables de conservación, tiempo y el material de fabricación , la muestra esta constituida por 18 muestras de patrón de núcleo in vitro que serán elaboradas sobre dientes naturales (Premolares). Resultados: no hay diferencias estadísticamente significativa entre el tipo de resina y el tiempo, el tipo de conservación y la topografía del diente. Conclusiones: s los cambios dimensionales no se presentan en el proceso operatorio de las resinas; puede ocurrir en el laboratorio origen.
