In addition, it will strengthen the socioeconomic and cultural conditions of the beneficiary families, preventing the displacement of these communities to other areas of the country and, in the same way, reducing the entry of young pe ople into armed groups and reducing the planting of illicit crops through the modernization of the countryside and promoting the economic development of the region in the medium and long term. El presente proyecto de trabajo de grado consiste en el diseño de un equipamiento educativo navegable tipo barco itinerante dotado de infraestructura tecnología y pedagógica que permita brindar educación superior en los puntos de mayor concentración de población para el atraque del barco, que funcionará de acuerdo a la demanda de programas educativos de la población en las zonas de los once municipios ribereños de los ríos Caquetá y Orteguaza en el sur de Colombia, considerando el aislamiento geográfico, social y económico de esta zona del país. El desarrollo de esta propuesta novedosa se basa en dar un nivel de escolaridad profesional a la población de las zonas marginales para contribuir a mejorar una de las problemáticas más comunes que se evidencian en las zonas rurales apartadas del país como es la desigualdad académica entre el sector rural y urbano. Además, fortalecerá las condiciones socioeconómicas y culturales de las familias beneficiarias evitando el desplazamiento de estas comunidades a otras zonas del país y de igual forma reduciendo el ingreso de jóvenes a grupos armados y disminuyendo las siembras de cultivos ilícitos mediante la tecnificación del campo e impulsando el desarrollo económico de la región a mediano y largo plazo.
