Through this investigation of studies related to social strategies with urban architectural solutions, for a vulnerable population with the aim of identifying what can be implemented in said sector. The work was developed through a qualitative and quantitative methodology implementing a zonal analysis of the general population. The information was compiled and subdivided into topics such as studies on vulnerable populations, socioeconomics, and associativity. The research highlights the most representative studies in the different contexts and that were taken as a methodological guide. It is concluded that strategies focused on housing, socio-economy, socioactivity and connectivity of the population should be implemented; mainly in ideas of decent housing and entrepreneurship, to improve the socio-economic quality of the population. |

En este trabajo investigativo se tiene en cuenta una problemática social causada por la invasión de familias en el sector de P eñón Redondo d e la Comuna 8 de Neiva Huila, el cual ha venido teniendo un crecimiento de población irrumpiendo en un área que en un inicio de sus usos no se preveía vivienda, generando una problemática social y económica; siendo participes de ello la delincuencia, desempleo, distintos focos. daño de un ecosistema, perdida de un parque y contaminación en sus Mediante esta investigación de estudios relacionados con estrategias sociales con soluciones urbanoarquitectónicas, para una población vulnerable con el objetivo de iden qué se podrá implemtificar entar en dicho sector. El trabajo se desarrolló mediante una metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa implementando un análisis zonal de la población en general. La información fue recopilada y subdividida en temas como estudios sobre población vulnerable, ocioeconomía y asociatividad. La investigación destaca estudios más representativos en los diferentes contextos y que fueron tomados como guía metodológica. Se concluye que se deben implementar estrategias enfocadas en la vivienda, socio economía, socio actividad y conectividad de la población; principalmente en ideas de vivienda digna y emprendimiento, para mejorar la calidad socioeconómica de la población.
