This project is complemented with strategies aimed at the production of agricultural resources in homes by the beneficiary population, generating the design of residences that meet the needs of i ts inhabitants . Progressive housing addresses the architectural problem of generating a growth in stages of space, this means that housing must be flexible and adaptable to changes in use, in the function of the spaces or through the technical and construc tive conception that you want. the user. The development of this novel proposal is based on giving functionality to progressive housing, reaching a concept related to agricultural development that is evident in the area, generating economic income so that the beneficiary families work and generate products from their homes, promoting economic development. and agricultural of the region in the medium and long term according to the progress in their homes.

La presente propuesta de trabajo consiste en generar un diseño enfatizada en el desarrollo agrícola de vivienda progresiva de , que solvente las necesidades analizadas en el corregimiento de Aipecito, por medio diferentes de programas que beneficien a las personas de dicha zona para la obtención de una vivienda de la zona rural la cual de mejoría a las condiciones habitacionales y el déficit presentado en el lugar de estudio . Este proyecto se complementa con estrategias encaminadas a la producción de recursos agrícolas en las viviendas por parte de la población habitantes beneficiaria, generando el diseño de residencias que satisfagan las necesidades de sus . La vivienda progresiva afronta el problema arquitectónico de generar un crecimiento por etapas del espacio, esto quiere decir que la vivienda debe ser flexible y adaptable a los cambios en el uso, en la función de los espacios o a través de la concepción técnica y constructiva que desee el usuario.
