Summary:	The present work proposal consists of generating a progressive housing de sign of social interest emphasized in agricultural development, which solves the needs analyzed in the corregimiento of Aipecito, through different programs that benefit the people of said area to obtain a house which improves the housing conditions of the rural area and the deficit presented in the place of study. This project is complemented with strategies aimed at the production of agricultural resources in homes by the beneficiary population, generating the design of residences that meet the needs of i ts inhabitants . Progressive housing addresses the architectural problem of generating a growth in stages of space, this means that housing must be flexible and adaptable to changes in use, in the function of the spaces or through the technical and construc tive conception that you want. the user. The development of this novel proposal is based on giving functionality to progressive housing, reaching a concept related to agricultural development that is evident in the area, generating economic income so that the beneficiary families work and generate products from their homes, promoting economic development. and agricultural of the region in the medium and long term according to the progress in their homes.
