La investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa realizada para el desarrollo del proyecto busca posicionar al Departamento del Huila en el primer 1° lugar del turismo en propios y turistas lo conviertan como un destino Colombia de observación astronómica ; donde es así como surge la necesidad de diseñar un complejo astronómico Este complejo astronómico estará en el municipio de Villavieja ubicado en la vereda la V . enta, este lugar es conocido por la llegada de turistas para practicar la astronomía, este proyecto está compuesto por cinco (5) zonas; la primer (1) zona es la protección de la quebrada las lajas; la segunda (2) es la zona de los jardines astronómicos; la tercera (3) zona es la zona de protección ambiental del manantial de la venta; la cuarta ( 4) zona es la del centro de rehabilitación de fauna silvestres las golondrinas y la última zona es la del proyecto del complejo astronómico donde su edificio importante es el observatorio y alrededor del 10 edificios para conformar el complejo astronómico, con un sistema de ciclo rutas para recorrer todo el proyecto, contamos con un sistema de vías de acceso al proyecto y con un sistema de parqueaderos.
