Taking this into account, the studies in the present draft were analyzed at the level of urban scales, (Macro) - Department of Huila, (Meso) - Municipality of Tello, (Micro) - Urban Area of Tello, identifying their problem and solution from a productive articulation with a focus on innovation and architecture in order to create a technical training center that gives added value to the first links of the agricultural production chains. |

La investigación se centró en el sur oeste del país, Departamento del Huila, Municipio de Tello; lugar en el que existen grandes necesidades en temas de educación, sobre todo en la carencia de equipamientos de capacitación técnica, y centros de innovación, siendo una zona relegada en asuntos de crecimiento económico, aun cuando la capacidad productiva del sector primario es de importante representación para el Departamento; Esto sumado a su gran variedad de pisos térmicos permiten ofrecer estrategias poco exploradas que abren la posibilidad de beneficiar, sin duda alguna, a sus pobladores y toda la región circundante. Teniendo en cuenta esto, se analizaron los estudios en el presente anteproyecto a nivel de escalas urbanas, (Macro) – Departamento del Huila, (Meso) – Municipio de Tello, (Micro) – Casco Urbano de Tello identificando su problemática y solución desde una articulación productiva con enfoque en innovación y arquitectónica con el fin de crear un centro de capacitación técnica que dé valor agregado a los primeros eslabones de las cadenas de producción agrícola.
