The company has 10 employees divided into the three areas.
The necessary capital for the realization and implementation of this project will be
obtained from the profits collected in the current account of the company in the last 4 years, in
case it is not enough, a credit is made with a financial entity.
This short-term business plan will serve as a guide to improve the direction of the
company, its document management, increase production, improve product quality, as well as
implement and delegate new functions for the benefit of the company. The market opportunity for
the company is wide, since there is no marketing factory in the region that allows customers to
enjoy natural sweets based on fruits with an artisanal technique, fresh and good quality products
