the strengthening of control policies to reduce tax evasion. The main conclusion is based on the
controls that have been established by control and customs agencies and on the opportunities that
the sector can take advantage of for its growth in new technologies. The methodology carried out
is based on investigations of figures, dates, data and interviews. |

La industria textil y de confecciones ha sido y es uno de los sectores más representativos en el país, en especial en las operaciones de comercio internacional, sin embargo, a medida que se han incrementado los volúmenes de importaciones, también se ha incrementado el contrabando, por lo tanto, el objetivo principal de este trabajo es caracterizar la evasión de impuestos de los procesos de importación en el sector textil y de confección en Colombia y para realizar esta caracterización se ha realizado los siguientes objetivos, la descripción del comportamiento del sector textil y de confección en los últimos 5 años, se identificó cuáles son los controles establecidos para disminuir la evasión de impuestos y mediante un DOFA se buscó establecer cuál es el fortalecimiento de las políticas de control para disminuir la evasión de impuestos. La conclusión principal se basa en los controles que se han establecido por los organismos de control y aduanas y en las oportunidades que puede aprovechar el sector para su crecimiento en nuevas tecnologías. La metodología realizada se basa en investigaciones de cifras, fechas, datos y entrevistas.
