El autor del presente estudio se planteo como objetivo general Describir el nivel de intimidación escolar en adolescentes entre 13- 15 años de la Institución Remedios Catalina Amaya del Distrito Turístico Especial y Cultural de Riohacha. Para ello fue necesario implementar una metodología de tipo cuantitativo, buscando medir los objetivos de manera cuantificable, así mismo, se contó con un diseño no experimental y de corte transversal; en cuanto a la población, participaron del estudio 76 estudiantes de la institución educativa, cuyas edades oscilaban entre los 13 y 15 años de edad; teniendo en cuenta que los participantes eran menores de edad, el autor solicito la firma de un consentimiento informado firmado por sus padres o acudientes; el instrumento utilizado para alcanzar los objetivos fue el Cuestionario de Intimidación Escolar CIEA de Cuevas (2010).
