Summary:	The research that will be found below, has the main objective of designing the manual for the "Quality Management System" from the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 for an SME, as is the case of Boutique Rafaella, manual with which the systematization of the processes that are executed in the company and the improvement of the organization against the threats and strengths to the that he faces. The design of the manual begins with an inspection of the current circumstances of the organization, with a checklist regarding compliance with the requirements established to the context of the organization, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement; followed by the establishment of the contextual bases against the internal and external components that affect the planning and strategic direction of the "Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad" of the company, using the analysis tool of the SWOT matrix for the generation of possible strategies to be implemented that take the company to the next level, followed by the characterization of the processes executed to design the documentary manual, under the requirements of compliance with the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 for the "Quality Management System" according to the needs identified in the company and benefit proposal for the clothing company Boutique Rafaella from the design of the manual.
