Summary:	In the present work a solution is provided to the AURORA DEL MAR clinic which reduces the unfavorable effects due to the lack of an efficient protocol in the management of preventive maintenance of its medical equipment, the AURORA DEL MAR clinic has two locations, one located at Carrera 19 #29c-132 at the foot of La Popa Cartagena de Indias Bolívar Colombia, and the other headquarters at Calle 26 #22-2 La Manga neighborhood Cartagena de Indias Bolívar Colombia; Currently, the AURORA DEL MAR clinic has a contract for the provision of services that is renewed annually with the company PROGEMA, for the preventive maintenance of its equipment, Annex 1. Therefore, for the maintenance of biomedical devices, software is developed that provides warnings of failure, annotations, expected and technical data of the devices.
